Shanghai Borino Ceramics Technology Co., Ltd. is based in the Xinzhuang Industrial Zone, Minhang District, Shanghai. We manufacture industrial ceramic components across six product lines: zirconia ceramics, alumina ceramics, cordierite ceramics, ceramic crucibles, ceramic electrodes and textile ceramics.
Our customers come from electronics and electrical, metallurgy and foundry, chemical and petrochemical, textile machinery, kilns and kiln furniture, and laboratory work. Their requirements differ: some care about dielectric strength, some about thermal shock, some only about surface finish and edge radius. We therefore match the material system and the machining route to the actual duty rather than applying one recipe everywhere.
We provide forming, sintering and precision machining as one chain, and build to drawing, sample or stated operating requirement. Whether it is a single prototype or a production batch, a technical contact confirms the specification with you before production starts.
Materials and process

Forming
Dry pressing, isostatic pressing, slip casting or extrusion is selected against part geometry and batch size to give a uniformly dense body.
Sintering
The ramp and soak schedule is set to the material so shrinkage and densification are controlled, limiting distortion and internal defects.
Precision machining
Grinding, polishing and hole machining after sintering control dimensional tolerance, form accuracy and surface roughness.
Quality control

Incoming inspection
Powder and auxiliary material batches are confirmed so the starting point stays consistent.
Process control
Forming density, sintering curve and machining parameters are recorded per batch, so any deviation is traceable.
Finished-part inspection
Dimensions and form tolerances are checked against the drawing, along with cracks, chipping and porosity.
Surface requirements
For textile and sealing parts, surface roughness and edge radius quality are the focus of inspection.

Sample approval first
A sample can be made before a production run, so dimensions and appearance are confirmed in advance.
